Deep-Frid Chiken
Prep Time:30 mins
Cook Time: 15 mins
Ingredients
150g chiken
2 tablespoons soy sauce …A
2 tablespoons sake …B
1 tablespoon mashed garlic …C
1 tablespoon mashed ginger …D
5 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
1.Cut chikien into bite-size pieces.2.Mix A,B,C and D and soak chikens in this for 30 mins.
3.Deep-fry soaked chiken until they are brown.
